"My work delves into the quiet corners of our world, exploring the solitary being of our world, plus the beauty in my landscape’s seascapes and cityscapes. Using acrylic paints and graphic pencil I build layers of texture and composition aiming to capture the hushed moments where nature and human spaces stand still. Each piece of art I do reflects calmness and takes myself away to places I’ve always dreamed of. Each piece is an invitation to pause and find a connection within solitude. I consider utopias within my work due the sense of calmness and imaginary world where I would to be consider being apart of.

My work is an exploration of the emotional and connection I have with the landscape.
I am not interested in simply what I see, rather I aim to capture the feeling of the place.
The way light hits the hill just before sunset, in my solitude work the quiet stillness of a lonely figure or the vast space of open field. Ultimately my work is a meditation of the sublime force of nature."
